This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
You can request a return if:
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect
✔ The product was delivered in a tampered or unsealed condition
✔ The product is expired or near expiry upon arrival
2. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns are NOT accepted under the following conditions:
❌ Opened, used, or partially consumed products
❌ Products without original packaging or seal
❌ Products damaged due to customer mishandling
❌ Minor dents/scratches on the outer box that do not affect the product
❌ Free gifts or promotional items
❌ Items purchased during special clearance sales (unless damaged or defective)
This helps ensure product quality, safety, and hygiene.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at:

- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos/videos of:
- Product
- Packaging
- Invoice/label
- Damage (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Pickup Process
If your return is approved:
- A pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.
- The product must be packed securely in its original condition.
- Pickup attempts may take 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
If pickup is not available for your pincode, you may be asked to ship the product to us, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (subject to approval).
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund method:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Original payment method (if applicable)
Refunds may be rejected if the product fails inspection (opened, tampered, used, or damaged due to improper handling).
6. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if:
- The product arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective or expired
Replacements are processed free of cost.
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).
8. Shipping & Delivery Information
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
- 1 Day (24 hours) for most metro and Tier-1 cities
- 2 to 5 days for other locations, depending on the pincode
- Remote locations may take slightly longer
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
9. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Returns due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable
- Delivery refused
…will be considered a customer-initiated return, and shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
