Thank you for choosing AndWhey. We are dedicated to fueling your fitness journey with fast, reliable, and secure delivery of our products across India.
- Shipping Processing Time
All orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be dispatched on the following business day.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (India Only)
AndWhey exclusively ships within India. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Method- Standard Delivery
Estimated Transit Time (After Dispatch)- 1 to 3 Business Days

Note on Delivery: These delivery estimates are based on our courier partnerships and are subject to courier delays, local restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
- Damaged or Tampered Shipments (CRITICAL INSTRUCTION)
Your safety and the integrity of our product are our top priority.
Refusal is Required: If you receive a package that appears externally damaged, tampered with, or opened, you MUST refuse to accept the delivery from the courier.
Documentation: If you refuse the package due to damage, please notify us immediately at support@andwhey.com and provide a photo of the damaged package, if possible.
Replacement Process: Once the courier confirms the refusal and the package is returned to us, AndWhey will ship a replacement order to you at no extra cost.
If you accept a damaged or tampered package, we may not be unable to process a return or replacement for that item.
- Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be fully operational within 24 hours of receiving the email. - Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If the wrong address is provided and the order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately for correction.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee re-routing. The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred by the courier for re-delivery.
